We don’t have an agenda to hunt, provoke, or frighten stuck spirits. Our aim is to help grounded souls (ghosts), treating them with the respect and empathy we would for any living soul experiencing challenges.
We love meeting new clients and are always intrigued by their experiences. If you need assistance with clearing people or places, we will listen with empathy and involve you as much as possible in the process to create a positive impact for you, others affected by stuck souls, and the stuck souls themselves.
Our clearing work generally consists of three stages:
1. The Consultation
2. The Clearing
3. The De-brief
Consultations and clearings can occur in person or remotely. Typically, clearing work is conducted in an online, remote, closed session involving our small global team of rescue mediums, supported by and collaborating with our team of spirit guides, angels, ascended masters, and elementals.
Our physical team has diverse psychic abilities, engaging with grounded souls through all the Clair senses, light language, mediumship and channelling, remote Reiki, healing and hypnotherapy, soul counselling, and Akashic Records reading.
Our remote clearing sessions are recorded, and a transcription is provided afterwards. We then schedule a debrief session to share our findings, discuss any experiences you had, and answer any questions you may have.
On-site consultations or clearings may also be arranged (with travel and expenses additional to the clearing service). This is discussed on a case-by-case basis to ensure the right environment is created for the team's energetic connection, allowing for effective clearing work to take place.

What to Expect During a Consultation
During an initial consultation with The Green House team, we will ask you a number of questions to establish your current situation and experiences. We'll hold space to actively listen with empathy, ensuring that we fully understand your needs and concerns. Questions we ask may cover the following areas:
1. What’s happening now?
We’ll explore your current situation and any specific issues or encounters you are experiencing.
2. What has happened historically?
We’ll seek to understand any background or historical context that may be relevant to your situation.
3. Unsettling or Unexplained Experiences?
We’ll gauge whether you, your family, or others sharing your space/s are experiencing or have experienced any unsettling or unexplained thoughts, emotions, feelings, or physical symptoms.
4. Desired Outcomes?
We’ll aim to understand your desired outcomes for engaging with The Green House for clearing and release work. What are your hopes and aspirations, and what would it mean for you to achieve these through the clearing of souls and spaces?
5. Establishing the Focus of the Clearing?
We will aim to determine what or who needs to be cleared - whether it involves souls (dead or alive), spaces (houses, businesses, or other venues), or land.
6. Location/s of Clearing Work:
We will also establish whether you would like the clearing work to be done on-location or remotely.

Our RatesÂ
From £500
Our standard rates start from £500 per clearing. This includes the clearing of up to two individuals and one space (e.g., a house, business, or building), along with the land it occupies.
For more complex cases involving multiple individuals or locations, our rates are scalable to ensure the appropriate team and time are allocated to your case.
On-location consultations or clearing arrangements may also be possible, with mileage and expenses applying for distances beyond 15 miles from Okehampton, Devon, UK.
For long-distance travel or out-of-country clearing work, overnight accommodation may also be chargeable. We will discuss all details with you based on your specific needs.
